    The Admission Processing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the CES Centralized Processing Center, supporting BYU, BYU–Hawaii, BYU–Idaho, BYU–Pathway Worldwide, and Ensign College. This role is responsible for supervising the processing of academic records—including high school and college transcripts, test scores, certificates, and English proficiency exams—and leading a team of student employees. The supervisor ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in admissions processing across the CES institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage transcript and test score processing workflows for all CES institutions, including domestic and international documents. - Develop and maintain processing procedures to ensure compliance with admissions policies. - Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of student employees; organize work schedules and oversee performance. Maintain communication and collaboration with CES institutions, vendors, and internal departments. - Troubleshoot system and processing issues, working closely with technical teams and Enrollment Services. - Track processing metrics and support reporting needs for team performance and workload. - Create and maintain training materials and a certification program for processing staff. - Participate as a member of the undergraduate admissions committee and assist with application review. - Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and other CES stakeholders.

    Overview

    The Utah State University Office of Admissions seeks an energetic student-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team. Admissions Specialists are primarily responsible for recruitment efforts within an assigned territory. This position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as the candidate will work with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, USU departments, and other constituents.

    Recruitment at USU is a team effort. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruiting targeted student populations, exploring/identifying potential growth markets, and building relationships with students, faculty, and staff across USU’s 30 campuses and nine academic colleges. The candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently and in a team.

    This position allows for flexibility in the work schedule and can accommodate slight variations to traditional business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. While Logan is the preferred work location, remote work within the State of Utah may be an option.

    Overview The Academic Scheduling Office is seeking a positive, customer-service oriented administrative professional to join our small but dynamic and collaborative team. The Student Services Coordinator I position serves USU academic departments and Statewide Campuses, in updating and maintaining the academic schedule for Utah State University. This person is an important team member in understanding and interpreting university policies and procedures, systems, and programs pertaining to academic scheduling and space utilization. This position could work from the Logan Main campus or the USU Eastern Price campus.

    The Director of Marketing Strategy & Enrollment leads all enrollment marketing and brand strategy efforts at Ensign College. This role is responsible for developing the College’s external-facing voice, crafting and executing compelling content strategies, and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive Wasatch Front enrollment—with a strong emphasis on reaching prospective students, families, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will not only lead strategy but must be both a strategic leader and a capable content creator, with the ability to independently produce assets such as graphics, videos, and written messaging. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that requires initiative, innovation, and a high level of execution.
