MEMBERSHIPS
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Utah Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers! Home to over 400 members and 21 member organizations, this is a robust and collaborative group of professionals who set the standard for excellence in the industry.
As a member of UACRAO, you will help us tackle the biggest challenges our industry faces as we work together for student success in higher education!
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Any institution whose primary campus resides within the geographical boundary lines of the Association, is a degree-granting institution accredited by a regional institutional accrediting association, is a not-for-profit institution, primarily focuses on providing undergraduate education, and primarily provides face-to-face or hybrid classes may apply for an Institutional Membership. Membership fees are based on the total enrollment at your institution. The fee amount is per institution. |

AFFILIATE INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Any higher education institution who otherwise would not meet the criteria for an institutional membership may apply for an Affiliate Institutional Membership. The fee amount is per institution. |

TECHNICAL COLLEGE MEMBERSHIP
Any institution listed in the "Technical College" section of the Colleges and Universities on utah.gov. may apply for an Technical College Membership. Membership fees are based on the total enrollment at your institution. The fee amount is per institution. |

NON-INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Representatives or individuals of organizations whose primary emphasis lies in the area of student services may apply for a Non-Institutional Membership. The fee amount is per organization. |

SECONDARY EDUCATION MEMBERSHIP
Secondary education institutions whose main campus resides within the association boundaries and whose student body is primarily composed of students in grades 9 - 12 may apply for a Secondary Education Membership. Membership fee is per school. |

UACRAO members get advanced notice and discounted registration pricing! | JOB BOARDAs a UACRAO member, you will be the first to know about job postings at member institutions. Access to these postings are sent via email and are posted on the UACRAO job board. |
VAST NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALSUACRAO members hold regular meetings to discuss current issues within the registrar and admissions profession. These meetings allow for collaboration and a unified approach to the most pressing higher ed topics of our day! | UTAH HIGHER EDUCATION DAYUACRAO plans and executes the annual Utah Higher Education Day events across the state. Institutional, technical college, and secondary education members receive access to these events which provide an incredible opportunity to promote higher ed to high school juniors throughout the state! |
VOTING RIGHTSInstitutional and technical college membership offers the benefit of voting during the annual business meeting held at the annual conference. This right also allows for the opportunity to hold office within the association. | MEMBERSHIP DATABASEMembership gives you access to the entire database of members across the organization. Members can communicate directly with others near and far to make connections and ask questions! |
