Eric Humphrey - Utah Valley University
Eric Humphrey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from Utah State University and an MPA from Southern Utah University. Before joining Utah Valley University as the University Registrar in 2016, he served as the assistant registrar in the Registrar’s Office at Utah State University. Before his appointment as the Assistant Registrar, he served in the Regional Campuses and Distance Education department at USU for many years. Though his higher ed career started at USU, he has fully converted and bleeds UVU green! Eric loves being a Registrar and appreciates and shares UVU’s appetite for and focus on consistent improvement and the student experience. He loves his team and firmly believes UVU has the most innovative, forward-thinking registrar staff in the world! Eric has recently created his own line of FERPA T-shirts and has a career goal of becoming the next LeRoy Rooker (aka, the FERPA Professor).
He has been married to his wife, Karissa, for almost 17 years and they have three children. His parenting moto is, “What Would Bluey’s Dad Do?” In his free time (not that he has any), he enjoys traveling, binging “The Office” or “Parks and Rec”, watching 90s rom coms, biking, motorcycling, swimming, canyoning, eating cheesecake, and discovering delicious restaurants.

Andy Young - Weber State University
Andy Young is a veteran of higher education, having worked for over 22 years in college admissions, recruiting, orientation and advising. He currently works at Weber State University as the Director of Access Events & Engagement. He has served 3 years on the UACRAO Executive Board and also as an Admissions Track chair. He feels very blessed to have a career helping students find access to chasing their dreams. In his spare time he loves going to all his kids' games and performances, getting in an occasional round of golf, and enjoying all the college sports he can.
Rachel Wade - Snow College
Rachel Wade has nearly 13 years of experience at Snow College's Admissions Office. As Deputy Head of Admissions Operations, she oversees admission processes and CRM strategies, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students. This year she is serving as the Admissions Track Chair for UACRAO and has really enjoyed getting more involved with the organization. Rachel Outside work, she loves spending time with her spouse, three children, and husky, Kenai.

Carleen Irvine - Utah Tech University
Ms. Carleen Irvine has been a higher education professional for over eighteen (18) years. Currently, she serves as Associate Registrar at Utah Tech University, where she supports the Office of the Registrar on matters related to FERPA, publishing and maintaining the university catalog, records, and registration. Prior to her role at Utah Tech, she worked at the Hugh Wooding Law School and the University of Trinidad &Tobago. Carleen’s leadership approach is collaborative, and she values excellence, innovation, professionalism, inclusivity, accountability, and responsiveness. She is passionate about service and policies affecting higher education internationally. She is a graduate of Andrews University, and she’s pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at Western University.
In her life away from work, Carleen enjoys traveling with her husband, Rodney, while exploring new cultures, people, and food, being an awesome Aunt to her nieces and nephews, and cooking for friends and family.
