The Office of Admissions is seeking a personable, energetic, and poised Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment. Under the guidance of the Senior Associate Director of Recruitment, this person will play a vital role within the team, focusing on critical aspects of the transfer student recruitment process. This position will assist with the development, implementation, and assessment of a strategic plan for the Office of Admissions. This position will ensure the continuity and quality of all transfer recruitment efforts aimed at attracting and enrolling new transfer students to the University of Utah. Integral to this role is ensuring superior levels of customer service, and fostering seamless interactions between prospective transfer students, university departments, and various stakeholders. The Assistant Director oversees the supervision and guidance of admissions counselors, ensuring the planning and implementation of recruitment activities.
